Every Catholic should have a thorough understanding of Scripture. It's your family history! And it's just as important to know and understand the Old Testament as it is the New Testament, because everything in the New Testament has its roots in the Old.

This men's group meets on Friday mornings from 6-7:30 a.m. in the coffee shop at the Marriott Courtyard Hotel around the corner from St. Paul's. They focus on applying the Word to contemporary issues. Participation is free.
This 20-part Bible study begins Wednesday evening, Sept. 10, and lasts through February. Its focus is on the book of Acts of the Apostles and how a few Christians, empowered by the Holy Spirit, were chosen to bring Christ adn the Good News to the ends of the earth. They taught as Christ did. They performed miracles as He did. Some even gave their lives for Him. They faced secular forces, internal strife, hostile crowds, and still managed to bring the Kingdom of God to a broken world. This study will enrich your faith and rekindle your love for Christ as you examine the lives of the first disciples. Cost to participate is $30. Registration forms are at the Welcome Center in the Narthex.
